What a difference a few hours can make! In the morning, actress Elle Fanning was a gangling pre-teen at the photocall at the Venice Film Festival for her new movie “Somewhere”, directed by Sofia Coppola.

Fast-forward a few hours and the 12 year-old actress looks every bit the glamorous movie star as she walks the red carpet for the movie’s premiere.

Elle’s first stepped into stardom when she was just under three years-old when she played the younger version of her sister, Dakota Fanning, in the blockbuster movie “I Am Sam”.

British pop singer, Nicola Roberts, has launched a new range of makeup called “Dainty Doll”.

Being well known for her flawless pale skin in an industry that loves a golden tan, Nicola wants to help change the ideology that ‘pale isn’t pretty’.

“This is not a celebrity line of makeup. This is makeup for women with pale skin of any age. The reason behind me doing this is because I had a point of difference and that was because of the pale skin and it was something I obviously felt really passionate about. I was aware that there weren’t many makeup brands that catered for women for extra pale skin so I feel proud that I’ve been the person to do it,”

The pair (who once had an on-off romance in real life), play a couple who embark on a long-distance relationship.
Drew explains: It’s a “romantic comedy that’s more real and more adult and not sort of based in necessarily a fairy-tale setting, even though I love those movies,”

“It’s not schmaltzy”, added Long.

The rated-R film, also starring Christina Applegate, opens in cinemas on September 3rd.

Jennifer Aniston walked the carpet at the Arclight in Hollywood to premiere her new move ‘The Switch’.

The 41-year-old actress plays a woman who gets pregnant using a sperm donor.

Jen explained that she chose the role because she can “relate” to it.

“I relate to all women that I know that have gone through this choice, this decision in life,” she said.

“Especially in this case, the women in my life who have gone through the struggles and heartbreak and frustration of fertility and adoption and all of that. I think that’s why it jumped out at me so immediately, the connection I had to it.”
